چکیده
Introduction: Early complications of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are one the leading causes death among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Clinical and laboratory characteristics noninvasive methods need to be integrated better identify early AMI further develop a treatment strategy. The aim study was predict development after in DM patients, which could improve quality preventive curative measures for this group patients. Methods: In total, 109 ST-elevation (STEMI) were included study: 75 men 34 women. training set (n = 74) selected variables associated probability model reproducibility then checked on validation 35). All underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). identified 26 48 without AMI. 18 17 predicting calculated using binary logistic regression. Results: developed mathematical as follows: Р [1+ exp(- (0.030 C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 (CTRP 3) (ng/ml) + 1.414 x respiratory rate (RR) (breaths per minute) 0.322 body mass index (BMI) (kg/m2) 0.091heart (HR) (beats -50.800))]-1. yielded highest results under receiver operating characteristic curve diabetic both groups (0.962 0.928, respectively). Conclusions: This has shown that integral measurements circulating CTRP content, RR, BMI, HR upon admission STEMI PCI These findings suggest new approach stratify risk successful revascularization.
